Depending on the destination, the shipment is entrusted to DHL Express or FedEx International to ensure reliable and tracked delivery of your package.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you directly via WhatsApp.

You will be able to track the delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website interface.

Customs fees & taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by the destination country. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and their amount depends on local regulations.

Before shipping

Before it leaves, your dress undergoes a final inspection. Photos and/or videos are sent to you so you can see your creation before it ships. It is then carefully prepared and packaged for transport.

Delivery times

Once your dress has been shipped, the delivery time varies depending on the destination country. An estimate is provided at the time of shipment and can be viewed through the carrier's tracking system.
