General principle

Maison Distinguée offers two ordering options: models available in the catalogue and custom-made creations.

The conditions for return, cancellation and withdrawal may differ depending on the nature of the order and the degree of personalization of the creation.

For creations made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Any applicable legal rights and guarantees remain reserved.

Ordering a model from the catalog

The conditions applicable to an order placed directly from the catalogue depend in particular on the characteristics and customizations chosen when placing the order.

When the creation is made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, the exception to the right of withdrawal provided for by the applicable regulations may apply.

We invite each customer to carefully check the selected model, the chosen options, the measurements provided, and all the information in her order before validating it.

Custom creation

Every custom creation is made from a personalized project defined with the client: model, measurements, materials, details and finishes.

When a creation is made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, it may fall under the exception to the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

A change of mind, an evolution of personal preferences or a modification of the measurements provided after their validation does not, in itself, constitute a reason entitling the customer to the cancellation or refund of a personalized creation.

We invite each customer to carefully check all the information and validated elements before the start of the manufacturing process.

Complaint regarding your creation

If you notice a problem with your creation upon receipt of your order, we invite you to contact Maison Distinguée as soon as possible.

Each claim is examined individually in order to determine the appropriate solution in light of the situation and applicable rights.

How do I report a problem?

To facilitate the processing of your request, we recommend that you contact us as soon as you receive your order and provide us with the following information:

• your order number;

• a precise description of the problem encountered;

• clear photos or videos of the creation in question;

• any useful information enabling the study of your request.

Before the claim is examined, we recommend that you do not wear the dress beyond one fitting and that you keep its packaging and any accessories.

Solutions that can be proposed

After studying the situation, Maison Distinguée may propose, depending on the problem found and when appropriate, a suitable solution: retouching, correction, replacement, full or partial refund, or any other solution agreed with the client and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The proposed solution will depend on the nature of the problem identified and the circumstances of the order.

In case of an authorized return

When a return is necessary as part of the processing of a claim, the return procedures are communicated in advance by Maison Distinguée.

Unless otherwise indicated related to the nature of the claim, the creation must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with its original accessories and elements.

Please do not ship any creations before receiving return instructions from Maison Distinguée.

Return shipping costs

The terms and any return costs are specified to the customer when processing her request, depending on the reason for the return and the applicable legal provisions.

When a return shipment is necessary, we recommend using a tracked shipping service appropriate to the value of the item.

Return address

All creations must be subject to prior agreement and return instructions from Maison Distinguée. No unsolicited shipments should be sent to this address.

Refund, where applicable

When a refund is due or agreed upon following the review of the request, the customer is informed of the terms and processing time.

The refund is made in accordance with applicable legal provisions and, where possible, via the payment method used when ordering.
